Halitosis is defined; a condition of having offensive-smelling breath; bad breath. Some problems that are linked to bad breathe are liver or kidney problems, chronic sinus infections, diabetes, and bronchitis. Tobacco cause more problems than just bad breathe. It increases the risk of oral cancer or throat cancer. In the early stages of both oral cancer and throat cancer have similar pain like tooth decay and sometimes are even discomfort less. It is very important to find different alternatives or getting professional help on quitting tobacco. What you eat can also affect bad breathe. Foods such as onions or garlic tend to stay longer in your system even if you brush or eat. High sugary foods not only cause bad breathe but can also result in dental caries. It is very important to brush after eating foods with high sugar levels. It is very important to have routine check ups and to brush and floss daily.
